My name is Justin (aka WebMonkeys),creator of AnimeShowcase, the world’s premier website devoted exclusively to the Anime genre of movies and television series. In time, this site will essentially allow users to watch full length episodes of their favorite Anime series, each streamed in high resolution – the way the World Wide Web truly intended (no offence, Youtube). Over time, we will intend to provide full-length videos for all brands of non-adult oriented Anime movies and series, without any limits.

Our purpose:

While we at AnimeShowcase don’t generally endorse the unauthorized downloading of full length videos and movies, we felt it was necessary to provide devoted fans with the opportunity to watch their favorite Anime genre of movie or series in HD, as most are no longer in syndication and not otherwise available to watch online. We nonetheless encourage the viewer to purchase the set of DVDs (when available) associated with each of the series or movies we provide, which offer a number of extra features as well as multi-language content.

Current State:

Currently, any given user will be able to watch or download episodes and movies in full HD, however only registered users will be able to participate in our online discussion forums.
Over time, all of our streamed HD videos will be readily available for download (in MKV, AVI or WMV file formats, depending on the series/movie).
